How to register

Registration is valid on receipt of payment that must be submitted at the same time. Payments can be made by bank transfer or secured online credit card payment. Upon receipt of your completed registration form and payment, you will receive a written confirmation or an e-mail of your registration. The Organising Committee strongly encourages early registration, which is cheaper for you. On-site registration is strongly discouraged due to difficulties for hotel accommodation and delay on-site.

Payment procedures

All payments should be made in Euro (€). Personal cheques and foreign currency are not accepted. More information about payment procedure can be found in the on-line registration form.

Letter of invitation

The Conference Secretariat will send you a letter of invitation upon request. The Organising Committee would like to clearly state that the letter is only to help the participant to obtain a visa or to raise travel funds and has no further financial obligations from the conference towards the participant. The Conference Secretariat is only able to send you the letter of invitation after receipt of the complete name and postal address of the applicant. The complete registration fee has to be paid in advance or has to be guaranteed by credit card.

Cancellation and refunds

Any changes or cancellations regarding registration fees should be made in writing to the Conference Secretariat.
Cancellation on or before 1 April 2011: payment will be refunded after the conference minus an administration fee of 15%.
Cancellation on or before 1 May 2011: payment will be refunded after the conference minus an administration fee of 30%.
For cancellations made after 1 May 2011 no refunds will be made.
Refunds will be made after the congress. Exchange rates differences and bank charges will also be deducted.
