Language

The official language of the conference is English.

Currency

The unit of currency in the Netherlands is the Euro. The majority of hotels, restaurants and shops accept credit cards.

Electricity

Electricity in the Netherlands is supplied at 220V-50Hz AC.

Passport and Visa

A valid passport is required for non-EU citizens for entry into the Netherlands and the EU. An identity card is sufficient for citizens of EU member states. Participants requiring a visa for entry to the Netherlands are strongly advised to make their application in their home countries at least two months before the intended date of travel. For special details please consult the Dutch consulate nearest to you.

Badge

All participants, accompanying persons and exhibitors must wear the conference identification badge. Entrance to meeting halls, poster and exhibition area will not be permitted to any person without a badge.

Disclaimer

The organisation reserves the right to alter or cancel without notice parts of the conference due to reasons beyond its control. This includes packages, programming, as well as other activities directly or indirectly related to the conference. The Organisation Committee and the conference management cannot be held liable for the loss, damage, expenditure or inconvenience caused by such changes or cancellations.

Liability

By registering, participants accept that neither the Organisation Committee nor Conference Secretariat can accept any liability. Participants shall therefore arrange their own medical and travel insurance.
